I found a list of 21 things that went obsolete this decade; it amazed me, mostly because it was true. PDAs, phonebooks, paper road maps, landlines, beepers, video rental stores, VCRs. Paper.

I love this word! I tend to think words are "pretty", and this is a pretty word to me.
